Tyrece Gibbs, Tyrone Conley and Alvin Abreu combined for 51 of the Wildcats' 64 points to earn their second consecutive victory... Gibbs went for 19 points and hit 5-of-7 attempts from 3-point land... Conley and Abreu each had 16.
La Salle 70 at Hartford 64 (NESN)
The Explorers shot 51 percent from the field and held a 37-24 advantage on the glass tp edge the Hawks... Morgan Sabia scored a season-high 17 points for Hartford... Jaret con Rosenberg tallied 12 of his 16 in the first half.
Marshall 84, at Boston University 80 (Agganis Arena)
The
Thundering Herd were held without a field goal for the final 2:18 of
the contest, but made 12-of-14 free throws down the stretch and
27-of-32 attempts for the game to seal the outcome... Corey Lowe scored
an America East season-high and career-high 36 points for the Terriers.
Johh Holland had 14, while Tyler Morries contributed a season-high 13.
at #3 Pittsburgh 81, Vermont 50
Sam Young and DeJuan Blair combined for 45 points and 25 rebounds in the win for the third-ranked Panthers... Marqus Blakey recorded his third double-double of the season for Vermont with 19 points and 11 rebounds. He also added five assists, five blocks and four steals.
at Siena 71, Albany 64
The
Saints held the Great Danes to 37.7 percent shooting for the game...
Albany's Tim Ambrose had team-highs of 15 points and nine rebounds...
Anthony Raffa added 13... Brian Connelly and Will Harris contributed 12
apiece.
