Women's Basketball: Hartford Hopes To Pull Out 29th Straight Win At Chase

Saturday, December 6
Binghamton at La Salle    1 p.m.

The Bearcats beat La Salle by a 10-point margin last year, 71-61... Binghamton already has more wins this year (3) than it did during the whole non-conference slate a year ago (2).

Holy Cross at Vermont    1 p.m.
The Catamounts return to the floor after five days' rest... Vermont, 3-1 at Patrick Gym this season, defeated Holy Cross, 54-44 last year in Worcester... The Catamounts lead America East in both assists and rebounding.

Saint Joseph's at Hartford (NESN)    1 p.m.

The Hawks, on a two-game skid, will be featured on NESN for the second time in as many games...  Hartford is 0-2 in televised games this season... Junior Diana Delva leads the conference with 60% field goal accuracy.

Northeastern at Stony Brook    2 p.m.

The Seawolves return to Pritchard Gym since the season opener on November 14...  In Boston a year ago, the Huskies defeated Stony Brook, 82-69.

Towson at UMBC    7 p.m.
UMBC fell at the hands of the Tigers, 69-61, last year in Towson... Entering the week, junior Carlee Cassidy was seventh in Division I with 22.7 points per game and the team was 18th averaging 79.3 ppg.

Sunday, December 7
Maine at Delaware    1 p.m.

The Black Bears head down the coast to meet up with a former America East rival... Maine and Delaware will meet for the first time since the 2000-01 season... Junior Brittany Boser is a perfect 12-for-12 from the charity stripe this season.

New Hampshire 89, at Colgate 61

The Wildcats shot 61.8% from the field and hit 14 treys, including nine in the first half... Junior Amy Simpson scored a game-high 24 points, but four other Wildcats hit double-figure points as well.

Wednesday, December 3
at UMBC 85, Navy 77 (MASN)    

Junior Carlee Cassidy finished with 32 points, while freshman Michelle Kurowski poured in 30 points for the Retrievers... Sophomore Meghan Colabella ended up with a team-high 11 rebounds to go along with 12 points.

at Harvard 81, New Hampshire 58
Juniors Candace Williams and Amy Simpson were each good for 16 points against the Crimson... Redshirt freshman Abigail LaRosa handed out a team-high six assists.

at Army 69, Albany 54
Three Great Danes hit double-figure points, led by juniors Charity Iromuanya and Britney McGee each with 14 points... Senior Tiffanie Johnson secured the double-double with 10 points and 10 boards.

at Boston U. 81, Brown 54    
The Terriers owned a 50-20 halftime lead on their way to extending their unbeaten streak at Case Gym to 15 games... Senior Christine Kinneary led the way with 18 points, eight assists, five rebounds and two steals... The team shot 52% from the field for the game.

at Maine 54, Robert Morris 52
The Black Bears took a 31-14 lead into the break, allowing the Colonials only six field goals in the first half... Sophomore Tanna Ross led Maine with 14 points as she sunk two of her three three-point attempts and shot 6-for-13 overall.

at Sacred Heart 81, Stony Brook 42    

Sophomore Misha Horsey shot 6-for-15 from the field for a team-high 13 points against the Pioneers... Sophomore Kirsten Jeter finished with eight points and four rebounds in 23 minutes.

at Quinnipiac 73, Hartford 61 (NESN)    

Junior Diana Delva notched a career-high 30 points on 11-of-14 shooting, while also collecting seven rebounds and three blocks... Erica Beverly completed her third double-double of the season with 15 points and 10 boards. She also chipped in four blocks and two assists.
