Friday, November 28
Hartford vs New Jersey Tech, 12 p.m. (Philly Classic)
The Hawks face the Highlanders at the famed Palestra in the Liberty Bracket of the Philly Hoop Group Classic in Philadelphia... It is the first meeting between the two teams... Head coach Dan Leibovitz returns to a city where he went to school (Penn) and was an assistant for 10 years (Temple).

Maine at South Alabama, 7 p.m. (USA Basketball Classic)
The Black Bears look to snap a two-game skid against the host Jaguars at the USA Basketball Classic... Maine is holding its opponents to just 25 percent shooting from 3-point land... The Jaguars were picked second in the Sun Belt Conference after winning the league a year ago and posting a school-record 26 victories.

Damian Hollis scored 13 points, including a key put back off a missed free throw with 19.1 seconds left to increase the Colonials lead to five and seal the outcome... Darryl Proctor had a game-high 17 points and a team-high nine rebounds for UMBC... Jay Greene scored 11 points, handed out nine assists and committed just one turnover.

Tuesday, November 25
Albany 66, at Columbia 49

The Great Danes clamped down defensively, holding the Lions to 33 percent shooting and outrebounding their opponet 42-26 en route to their third straight win... Jerel Hastings led a balanced attack with a season-high 15 points off the bench in a ... America East Co-Player of the Week added 13... Brian Connelly had 11 points and seven boards.

Boston University 83, at Northeastern 75 (NESN)
The Terriers shot 55 percent from the floor and canned 15 three's to earn their third straight win... Corey Lowe scored 23 of his 27 in the first half and dished out six assists... Jake O'Brien tallied 14 of his 21 of points in the second half a shot 7-of-9 overall and 5-of-7 from deep... John Holland added 17.

Vermont 78, at Delaware 63
Colin McIntosh scored a career-high 25 points and Vermont used a 23-4 spurt in the second half to pull away from Delaware on the way to the convincing win... Marqus Blakely added a double-double of 16 points and 11 rebounds... Mike Trimboli contributed all around with 19 points, seven rebounds and five assists.

American 56, at Stony Brook 53
Nick Hendra scored a game-high 16 points on 6-of-9 shooting lead the Eagles to the win... Two-time America East Rookie of the Week Tommy Brenton recorded his third straight double-double to start the season with 13 points and 11 rebounds.

at Central Connecticut 76, Binghamton 51
The Blue Demons shot 53 percent from the field and held the Bearcats to a 29 percent clip on way to the win... D.J. Rivera led Binghamton with 13 points... Reggie Fuller had his first double-double of the year with 12 points and 10 boards.

Quinnipiac 73, at Maine 66

Justin Rutty tallied a career-high 30 points on 13-of-16 shooting in the Bobcats' third win of the year... Gerald McLemore had 19 poins for Maine... Mark Socoby added 14... Sean McNally contributed nine points and 14 rebounds.

at Rhode Island 94, Hartford 77
The Rams hit 12 three-pointers, including six by Jimmy Baron in the win over the Hawks... Joe Zeglinski also had six 3-pointers and 20 points, including the 1,000th of his career. He is the second-fastest player in Hartford history to reach the milestone, completing the feat in just 70 games, one shy of Vin Baker's mark.
