*at UMBC 69, Albany 65

The Retrievers jumped out to a 17 point lead in the first half and held off the Great Danes to regain a share of first place in the league standings... Cavell Johnson scored a team-high 18 points off the bench and also blocked five shots... Darryl Proctor added 15 points and eight boards... Brian Lillis led Albany with 19 points... Jon Iati contributed 14 off the bench.

*New Hampshire 68, at Stony Brook 60
Mike Christensen scored a game-high 25 points to league the Wildcats to their second straight victory... He shot 8-of-11 from the floor and also grabbed five rebounds... Eric Gilchrese added 17 off the bench... Ricky Lucas led the Seawolves with 22 points.

*Boston University 56, at Maine 49
The Terriers went on 16-5 run to start the game and held on for the victory... Scott Brittain scored a career-high 20 points on 7-of-11 shooting from the floor... John Holland contributed 15 points and seven rebounds... Mark Socoby led Maine with 19 points... Junior Bernal added 10.

*Vermont 81, at Hartford 76 (NESN)
The tandem of Mike Trimboli and Marqus Blakely combined to scored 43 points, including 33 in the second half, to lead Vermont to the come-from-behind win... The victory was the 300th of head coach Mike Lonergan's career... Blakely recorded his third straight double-double with a game-high 22 points and 13 rebounds... Trimboli scored 19 of his 21 in the second stanza... Michael Turner led Hartford with 18 points on 5-of-9 shooting from the field... Joe Zeglinski added 17 points and six rebounds.

The Retrievers and Catamounts enter the contest tied for first in the league standings, along with Binghamton, at 6-2... UMBC defeated Vermont 78-60 earlier this season... The Catamounts have not lost since, reeling off five wins in a row... Marqus Blakely is averaging 18.6 points, 12.6 rebounds and 4.0 blocks per game during the streak... Warren McLendon knocked down a pair of free throws in the final seconds to lift the Hawks to an 80-79 victory in the team's first matchup... The Bearcats have won five straight and 9-of-12 overall... They are holding opponents to 59 points per game during the current win streak... The Hawks are averaging 73.5 points per game in league play.

*Boston University at New Hampshire, 4 p.m. (NESN)
The Terriers' Corey Lowe scored 30 to lead his team to an 82-72 win over UNH back on January 9... Lowe ranks among NCAA leaders with 3.6 three-point field goals per game... The Wildcats have won three of their last four games after going through a 1-10 stretch... UNH senior Mike Christensen is 40 points shy of 1,000 for his career.

The Great Danes beat the Seawolves 80-64 in the two team's first matchup of the season... Brian Lillis ranks among the top 10 league leaders in scoring, rebounding, assists and steals per game... The Seawolves rank second in America East, holding foes to 67.8 points per game.
