The NCAA has released the third year of Division I Academic Progress Rate (APR) data, which showed that teams from eight America East institutions were among those receiving Public Recognition Awards for high performance.  APR is a component of academic reform that provides a real-time “snapshot” of a team’s academic success each semester by looking at current academic progress of student-athlete's.

Division I sports teams receive APR scores each academic year, based on the eligibility, retention and graduation of each scholarship student-athlete. An APR of 925, out of a possible 1,000 translates to an NCAA Graduation Success Rate of approximately 60 percent.
