Albany (2), Stony Brook (19) and UMBC (20) all received national rankings in the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association's (USILA) Men's Lacrosse Coaches' Poll released on Monday, March 26.
With a flawless 6-0 record, the Great Danes received one first-place vote and are just 10 points back of Cornell, the nation's top squad. The Seawolves boast a 4-1 mark and moved up one spot to the 19th ranked team, making room for the 4-3 Retrievers at No. 20.
Albany hosts UMBC on Saturday (12 noon) in a critical conference contest as the league's top seed earns the right to host the four-team America East Championship on May 3 & 5.
