at Brown 68, New Hampshire 52

The Bears used a strong first half to down the Wildcats... Brown hit seven first-half threes and held UNH to just five field goals in the frame... Alvin Abreu led the Wildcats with 14 points... Mike Christensen added 10 points and five rebounds... Tyrece Gibbs also had 10 points.

Saturday, December 8
Vermont at Yale, 2 p.m.
The Catamounts hope to snap a two-game losing skid against the Bulldogs... Marqus Blakely leads America East with 19.2 points per game.

Hartford at North Texas, 3 p.m.
The Hawks look to get back to .500 when they take on the Mean Green, who won the Sun Belt Conference title last season.

Albany at St. Bonaventure, 7 p.m.
The Great Danes, who lead America East in scoring defense allowing just 60.8 pointes per game, defeated the Bonnies, 71-56, last season.

Goucher at UMBC, 7 p.m.
The Retriever look to return to their winnings ways against Goucher after dropping a 77-68 decision at Wichita State on Tuesday.


Maine at Florida State, 2 p.m.

The Black Bears take on the Seminoles in Tallahassee... Maine leads America East in both field goal percentage defense (.381) and steals per game (11.25).
