Despite a school-record 17 three-pointers by the Retrievers, the Buckeys shot 49 percent from the floor to earn the win... UMBC's Ray Barbosa drained a program-best eight three-pointers and scored a career-high 32 points... Jay Greene added 14 points, nine assists and turned the ball over just once... Brian Hodges scored 13... Darryl Proctor recorded a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds.
Cornell 66, at Stony Brook 50
The Big Red hit 13 of their 21 shots in the second half, including seven three's, and outscored the Seawolves 41-28 in the frame... Michael Tyree led SBU with 17 points off the bench... Nick Carter added 10.
at Massachusetts 80, Boston University 71
The Minutemen held the Terriers to 26 percent shooting in the first half and held a 19 point advantage at the break... Carlos Strong led Boston U. with 17 points, 14 of those coming in the second half... Corey Lowe added 13 points and four
assists.

at Fordham 71, Binghamton 60
The
Rams shot 54 percent from the floor, outscored the Bearcats 39-22 in
the first half and held off the late charge to earn the win... Lazar
Trifunovic recorded his fifth double-double of the season with 16
points and 10 rebounds... Richard Forbes scored 14 points and dished
out four assists.
