Resetarits, Mulheron Earn Men's Lacrosse Weekly Honors

University at Albany’s Frank Resetarits (Hamburg, N.Y./Hamburg) has been named America East Player of the Week, while Binghamton University’s Chris Mulheron (Canandaigua, N.Y./Canandaigua Academy) has been named America East Rookie of the Week. The accolades were announced Monday (March 13).

Resetarits scored a career-high six goals in a 14-9 win over Siena. He tied his personal-best of six points with five goals and one assist in an 18-11 loss to #11 Delaware. Resetarits leads the squad with 12 goals, after scoring 29 goals in 16 games last season. He is one of two players to score at least one goal in each game this season.

Mulheron is the Bearcats’ leading scorer through three games this season. He has a team-best nine points and six assists and ranks second with three goals. Against No. 8 Towson on March, he recorded a goal and turned in a game-high four assists as Binghamton recorded a 7-6, double-overtime upset. He followed up with a one-goal, two-assist performance in the win over Villanova on March 11.
