Hartford at #20 Michigan State, 12 noon

The Hawks look to make it four-in-a-row as they travel to Michigan State... The Spartans are coached by former Maine coach Joanne McCallie... McCallie guided the Black Bears to seven-straight 20-win campaigns and four titles from 1992-2000... Hartford has won two of its last three games against nationally-ranked opponents... The game will be played at the Palace at Auburn Hills, the home to the Detriot Pistons (NBA) and Detriot Shock (WNBA).
Colgate at New Hampshire, 1 p.m.
The Wildcats are the second of three-straight America East teams to play Colgate... Earlier this week, Vermont captured an 84-53 win at Colgate... New Hampshire is trying to snap a three-game losing streak, while the Raiders are on a five-game slide of their own... Binghamton will play at Colgate on Dec. 16.
UMBC at Longwood, 3 p.m.
The Retrievers travel to Longwood in the 11th all-time meeting between the two schools... The teams played four times from 1985-86 as members of the Mason Dixon Conference with UMBC winning three of those meetings... The Lancers are 4-6 overall this season.
Hofstra at Stony Brook, 3 p.m.
In a battle of Long Island rivals, Stony Brook welcomes in Hofstra... The Seawolves trail the all-time series 3-5... The Pride and Stony Brook squared off in last year’s WNIT.

Thursday, December 7
at Lehigh 70, Binghamton 49

Senior guard Rebecka Lindgren scored 11 points fueled by 3-of-4 shooting from behind the arc, but it was not enough as Lehigh earned the 70-49 win... Junior forward Juta Jahilo added 10 points and five rebounds, while junior forward Brianna Thompson chipped in with 10 points... Battling injuries, the Bearcats dressed only nine players for the game and started two freshmen in guards Muffy Sadler and Erica Carter for the first time since Rachael Laws and Jen Blues started the final game of the 2002-03 season against Vermont.
at Holy Cross 72, Maine 64
Ashley Underwood scored a team-high 21 points, but Maine fell to Holy Cross, 72-64, at the Hart Center... The Black Bears trailed by as many as 20 points in the second half, but mounted a late rally and got within six at 68-62 in the final minute... However, Holy Cross converted its free throws down the stretch to seal the win... Katie Whittier tallied a double-double for Maine with 12 points and 10 rebounds, marking her second-straight double-figure rebounding game. Freshman guard Amanda Tewksbury netted 11 points, marking her second-consecutive double-figure scoring contest.

Wednesday, December 6
at Boston U. 60, Brown 59 (Agganis Arena | Boston, Mass.)

America East Player of the Game Katie Meinhardt’s last second shot helped propel the Terriers over Ivy League opponent Brown, 60-59, at Agganis Arena... America East remains a perfect 7-0 against the Ivy League this season... Meinhardt scored a team-high 19 points... Kristi Dini netted 13 points and pulled down eight rebounds, while Erica Kovach had 10 points and eight boards...
at Hartford 68, Massachusetts 45
The Hawks won their third straight in convincing style with a 68-45 win over Massachusetts... Danielle Hood scored a team-high 16 points on 7-of-10 shooting... Hartford hands the Minutewomen just their second loss of the season... Hood was joined in double digits by MaryLynne Schaefer and Lisa Etienne... Schaefer added 12 points on 4-of-5 shooting, including a perfect 4-of-4 from long range... Etienne finished with a 5-of-8 effort from the field for 11 points.
Vermont 84, at Colgate 53
Freshmen Sofia Iwobi and May Kotsopoulos scored 14 points each to lead four players in double figures as Vermont cruised past Colgate, 84-53... The Catamounts are off to their best start (6-2) since the 2003-04 season... Vermont’s 31-point win was the biggest margin of victory since a 33-point triumph at Boston U. in on February 18, 2001... Head Coach Sharon Dawley collected her 180th win... Andrea Cihal and Brittney Cross added 10 points each for Vermont. Freshman Courtnay Pilypaitis nearly recorded the first triple-double in the program’s history with nine points, eight rebounds and seven assists.
at Buffalo 61, Albany 35
Buffalo jumped out to an early 15-4 lead out of the gate and maintained a double-figure advantage the rest of the way in its 61-35 win over Albany... Sherri Mikus scored a team-high 10 points for the Great Danes, while Gia Sanders had six rebounds, two blocks and a pair of steals... Albany had five blocked shots and six steals on the day and held a commanding 45-34 advantage in rebounding.
Navy 74, at UMBC 56
Senior Brittnie Hughes netted a career-high 23 points on 8-of-13 shooting, but it was not enough as Navy captured the 74-56 win... Hughes was named the America East Player of the Game... Kristin Drabyn added 10 points for UMBC... The Retrievers had 10 steals on the day.
at Temple 72, Stony Brook 55
Despite 16 points from Mykeema Ford and Jessica Smith, Stony Brook lost on the road to Temple, 72-58... Ford handed out five assists, while Smith grabbed seven rebounds... Dana Ferraro added a team-high 10 rebounds for the Seawolves.

Tuesday, December 5
at Boston College 50, New Hampshire 31
Despite holding the Eagles to a season-low 50 points, the Wildcats were defeated by Boston College 50-31... Amy Simpson scored eight points, pulled down four rebounds, and recorded a pair of steals, while Ray Williams netted eight points in just 17 minutes for the Wildcats... Danielle Clark’s 13-game double-digit scoring streak was ended as she went scoreless on the night... UNH owned a 7-4 lead with 12:33 remaining in the opening half after two free throws by Williams, but BC went on a 14-6 run to close out the half... Freshman forward Candace Williams notched a career-high seven points on 3-of-6 shooting in the losing cause, as UNH’s third leading scorer in the game.

Monday, December 4
Hartford 58, at St. John’s 46

Ikea Witt scored a season-best 22 points to lift the Hawks to a 58-46 win over St. John’s... The Hawks become the first America East school to reach the six-win mark... America East schools have won three games against Big East foes over the past two seasons with the Hawks winning two of those games... Witt was one of two players in double digits, joined by Danielle Hood, who finished with 10 points. Witt finished the game shooting 64.3 percent from the floor on 9-of-14... The Hawks forced 20 turnovers and held the Red Storm to just 34 percent shooting for the contest.
