The Binghamton men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams fell to Cornell on Saturday afternoon in their final meet of the semester at the Patricia A. Saunders Aquatic Center. The Bearcat men (2-2) were bested by a very strong Big Red contingent, 175-122, while the women (1-4) lost by a score of 191-108.

Vermont Swimming and Diving Finishes Second at Harold Anderson Invitational
The Vermont women’s swimming and diving finished second at the Harold Anderson Invitational hosted by the University of Rhode Island this weekend. Maine won the meet with a total of 847 points while the Catamounts followed with 736 and the host Rams placed third with 690. The second place finish and 736 points are both the most ever for Vermont at the meet. Providence (455), Holy Cross (418) and Fairfield (296) wrapped up the field.

Maine Swimming Competes At Rhode Island
The University of Maine men's and women's swimming and diving teams competed in the Harold Anderson Invitational hosted by Rhode Island on Friday and Saturday. The Maine women were first overall with 847 points, while the men were second overall with 598 points. Tal Shpaizer won two events for the women and Nathan Richard won two for the men.
