The Bearcats take on Alcorn State in the consolation game of the Comcast Lobo Invitational... Binghamton fell to Pepperdine in the opening round, while Alcorn State lost to host New Mexico... The Bearcats, who have won three of their last four, are led by Richard Forbes' 14.3 ppg.
Boston U. vs. St. Joseph’s, 6:30 p.m. (MSG Holiday Festival | New York, N.Y.)
The Terriers and Hawks meet in the consolation game of the MSG Holiday Festival... Boston University gave host St. John's all it could handle in the first round, while St. Joe's fell to former America East member Hofstra... The Terriers lost to St. Joe's 55-39 back on Nov. 27... In that game, the Hawks forced 26 Boston University turnovers while holding the Terriers to just 30.6 percent shooting from the field.
New Hampshire vs. Elon, 4:30 p.m. (Kent State Tournament | Kent, Ohio)
The Wildcats look to put together back-to-back wins for the first time this season as UNH is coming off a 67-52 win at Iona... The Phoenix are 2-7 overall, coming off a 79-69 win over Wofford... UNH is led Mike Christensen's 13.3 ppg.

The Catamounts upped their win streak to three games with a road victory over the Blue Devils... Thanks to a career-high 17 rebounds by Chris Holm, UVM was able to dominate the glass (43-33) to record the win... Holm also tallied a double-double with 11 points to go with his 17 boards, while Mike Trimboli (12 points) and Joe Trapani (11) also netted double figures in the scoring column.
at #18 Nevada 89, Maine 69
Despite 18 points from redshirt freshman Junior Bernal, the Black Bears suffered their second loss in as many outings... Mark Socoby came off the bench to add 11 points for Maine, while Jon Sheets also cracked the double-digit plateau with 10 points... Nevada was led by Nick Fazekas' 18 points and 13 rebounds.
Albany 59, at Utah 58
The Great Danes pushed their recent surge to five games with a victory over the Mountain West's Utah... Brent Wilson and Jason Siggers each poured in 22 points to lead Albany to a quality road victory... The Great Danes shot 42.3 percent from three (11-for-26) and turned the ball over just nine times enroute to the win... Jamar Wilson was held to eight points (4-for-14 from the field) with five turnovers in 32 minutes of action, but his layup with 34 seconds remaining proved to be the difference.
Pepperdine 90, Binghamton 83 (Comcast Lobo Invitational | Albuquerque, N.M.)
The Bearcats had their three-game win streak snapped by the WAC's Pepperdine... Mike Gordon had his best game of the season with 22 points and seven assists, but it wasn't enough as Binghamton turned the ball over 25 times... Troy Haily chipped in with 19 points, while Steve Proctor (11 points) and Duane James (10 points and 14 rebounds) also made solid contributions... Richard Forbes came off the bench and was held scoreless (0-for-4 from the field) in 16 minutes of action with six turnovers.
at St. John's 45, Boston U. 44 (OT) (MSG Holiday Festival | New York, N.Y.)
Omari Peterkin's jump-hook as time expired hit the side of the rim to end the Terriers upset bid over the Big East's Red Storm... Peterkin led Boston U. with nine points, 11 rebounds and five blocks... Neither team could get anything going offensively as the Terriers shot 30.5 percent from the field, compared to St. John's 32.0 percent... Boston U. led 19-17 at the half... St. John's was paced by Avery Patterson's game-high 16 points.
