Army at Albany, 2 p.m.
The Great Danes play host to defending Patriot League champion Army on Sunday... The Black Knights are 5-2 out of the gate, including 54-51 win over New Hampshire... In 2005-06 after a 5-7 start, first-year head coach Maggie Dixon engineered a startling turnaround as Army finished the year 15-4, culminating in the school’s first Patriot League title. Dixon died just one month later.

Saturday, December 2
at Hartford 60, #23 Brigham Young 43
The Hawks recorded their first home victory over a ranked opponent as they soared past the #23 Cougars... Lisa Etienne led Hartford with 13 points, while teammate Ikea Witt netted 12 of her own, including the 1,000th point of her career... The Hawks forced 20 BYU turnovers and limited the Cougars to just 32.7 percent shooting from the field... Erica Beverly also added 12... Witt was named America East Player of the Game for her efforts.
Vermont 73, at Lafayette 64
Brittney Cross poured in 20 points to pace the visiting Catamounts to a nine-point victory over the Leopards... May Kotsopoulos added 18 points for Vermont, while Sara Fenton also cracked double-digits with 10 points... UVM forced Lafayette into a season-high 28 turnovers... The Catamounts have now won five of their last six outings and sit at 5-2 on the early 2006-07 season.
UMBC 78, at Fairleigh Dickinson 72
Double-doubles by Sharri Rohde and Amanda Robinson propelled the Retrievers to their third victory over their last five contests... UMBC trailed 37-34 at the half, but the Retrievers outscored the Knights 44-35 in the second half to come away with the victory... Rohde tied a career high with 23 points, scoring 16 in the second half and posted 10 rebounds with eight coming in the second period... Robinson set new career bests with 22 points and 12 rebounds in the game.
Boston U. 65, vs. Eastern Michigan 59 (ASU Classic | Tempe, Ariz.)
The Terriers used a balanced offensive attack that featured four players in double-figures to snap their three-game losing streak... Erica Kovach tallied a double-double with 13 points and 12 rebounds, while teammates Aly Hinton (14 points), Cheri Raffo (13) and Katie Meinhardt (11) all cracked the double-digit plateau as well... Kovach netted three free throws in the game's final 35 seconds to secure the victory for Boston University.
at Canisius 62, Binghamton 50
The Bearcats losing streak stretched to three games with a road loss to the Golden Griffins... Laura Sario (12 points) and Juta Jahil (10) both tallied double-digits in the scoring column for Binghamton... The Bearcats turned the ball over 19 times and shot just 37.5 percent from the field and 54.5 percent from the charity stripe.
#20 George Washington 68, at Stony Brook 55
The Seawolves had their two-game win streak snapped by the #20 Colonials... Jessica Smith turned in an impressive performance for Stony Brook as she netted 23 points on 11-of-18 shooting with 12 rebounds... The Seawolves trailed by just two, 31-29, at the break, but 23 turnovers proved to be too much to overcome... GW improved to 7-1 with their lone loss coming at the hands of top-ranked Maryland.
at CCSU 65, New Hampshire 47
The Wildcats lost back-to-back games for the first time this season, while the Blue Devils recorded their first victory of the 2006-07 campaign... Danielle Clark and Danielle Flowers each scored 10 points in UNH's losing effort... New Hampshire shot just 35.3 percent from the field, compared to CCSU's 54.0 percent.

Friday, December 1
at #12 Arizona St. 75, Boston 53 (ASU Classic | Tempe, Ariz.)
The 12th-ranked Sun Devils forced 21 Boston turnovers and limited the terriers to 36.0 percent shooting to come away with the victory in the opening round of the Arizona State Classic... After winning their first three games of the 2006-07 campaign, the Terriers have
now dropped three-straight and sit at 3-3 on the season... In her first game back from injury, Jesyka Burks-Wiley played 15 minutes and led Boston in scoring (11 points) and rebounding (seven boards).

Thursday, November 30
at Minnesota 74, Vermont 59
May Kotsopoulos scored a game-high 21 points as the Catamounts gave the Gophers all they could handle for the first 36 minutes before Minnesota pulled away for the 74-59 win... Courtnay Pilypaitis scored 11 points with six rebounds and five assists... The loss ends a four-game winning streak for the Catamounts.

Wednesday, November 29
Maine 72, at Dartmouth 61
Bracey Barker scored all 17 of her points in the second half as Maine overcame a 10-point deficit in the second frame to pull out a 72-61 win at Dartmouth... Maine improved to 5-1 with the win, its best start since the 1997-98 season, and currently sits atop the league standings... For Barker, it marked the sixth time in as many games this season she has led the Black Bears in scoring... The win also gave Maine three wins against the defending tri-champions of the Ivy League from the 2005-06 season... The Black Bears also defeated Princeton and Brown earlier this season.
at La Salle 56, Binghamton 49
Junior guard Laura Sario scored in double-figures for the third-straight game, posting 15 points and five rebounds, while sophomore forward Erin Owens chipped in with a career-high seven points on 3-of-4 shooting, but it was not enough at the Explorers improved to a perfect 6-0 with a 56-49 win over Binghamton.
Seton Hall 59, at Hartford 53
Despite a career-high 18 points from MaryLynne Schaefer, the Hawks were defeated by Big-East foe Seton Hall... The loss snapped Hartford’s 20-game home win streak, which was the third-longest in the nation... Katie Kelley finished with nine points and five rebounds on a 4-of-8 shooting effort, while Diana Delva led the Hawks rebounding efforts with nine boards.

Tuesday, November 28
Stony Brook 76, at Iona 55
Mykeema Ford scored a game-high 27 points to lift the Seawolves to a convincing 21-point win over Iona... Stony Brook helped the America East improve to 4-3 against MAAC schools... Earlier this year, the Seawolves dropped their season opener against Marist, also of the MAAC.
Providence 79, at New Hampshire 53
Senior forward Danielle Clark scored the 1000th point of her career on a lay-up in the second half, but it was not enough in the Wildcats’ loss to the Big East’s Providence... Clark scored 10 points and pulled down six rebounds... Whitney Edwards scored a game-high 11 points and handed out four assists.
at American 61, UMBC 60
With nine lead changes in the second half, the game went down to the wire, with American gaining the last lead of the night with 3:08 remaining and holding on... UMBC’s Sharri Rohde posted a double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds... Brittnie Hughes had 13 points and eight assists.
at Connecticut 84, Boston U. 51
The Huskies built an early first-half lead and cruised to the 84-51 win over Boston U... Katie Meinhardt tallied 12 points to lead the Terrier offense... Meinhardt’s 12 points gave the senior her fifth double-digit scoring game of the season... The Terriers put up the most points against UConn all season and nearly matched the Huskies second half scoring, as UConn held the slight edge in second half points, 38-36.
