Four Bearcats scored in double figures, led by Steve Proctor's career-high 26... Proctor netted 15 in the first half as Binghamton shot 54 percent from the floor and took a 41-26 lead to the break... Richard Forbes (21 points), Troy Hailey (11) and Duane James (10) were the others to register double-figures in the scoring column.

Former America East foes squared off in the lowest scoring game between the two since the 1945-46 when NU won 46-44... UNH shot 26.3 percent from the field, compared to Northeastern's 35.3 percent... The Huskies led 23-15 at the half... Blagoj Janev led UNH with 16 points on 6-of-21 shooting.
