Central Connecticut State at New Hampshire, 12 noon
UNH aims at getting back on track after an 0-2 start to the 2006-07 season... The Blue Devils are also winless on the season after losing their first three games of the year to Michigan, Eastern Michigan and Davidson by an average of 18.0 ppg.
Rider at Boston U., 1 p.m.
The Terriers will try to make it two in a row as they host Rider in the first game of the season at Case Gymnasium... Boston U.'s freshmen trio of Carlos Strong (16.0 ppg), Tyler Morris (15.5 ppg) and Corey Lowe (10.5 ppg) are averaging 42.0 ppg on 48.4 percent shooting from the field and 51.4 percent from beyond the arc.
Hartford at Army, 1 p.m.
First-year head coach Dan Leibovitz attempts to get his first career victory as the Hawks travel to Army... The Black Knights are 2-1 on the season.
UMBC at Hampton, 1 p.m.
The Retrievers are in search of their first win of the 2006-07 campaign as they head to Hampton... The Pirates, which competed in the same region of the preseason NIT as Vermont, are 1-2 on the season with a 74-73 victory over New Orleans and a 102-75 loss to Maryland.
Drexel at Vermont, 2 p.m.
The Catamounts look to improve to 3-1 after defeating #14 Boston College on Monday night, 77-63... The Dragons, former members of America East, were picked to finish third in the Colonial Athletic Association's preseason coaches' poll.
Maine at St. Francis (N.Y.), 4 p.m.
After an 0-3 start, the Black Bears hope to get a notch in the win column... The Terriers are also off to an 0-3 start to the 2006-07 season.
YESTERDAY'S RESULTS
at Albany 87, Delaware 67
Reigning America East Player of the Year Jamar Wilson poured in a game-high 33 points with 10 rebounds and six assists to lead the Great Danes to a runaway victory over Delaware... Jason Siggers chipped in with 17 points for Albany as all 10 Great Danes that played logged at least 11 minutes with nine of them scoring at least two points.
Stony Brook 59, at Penn State 51
America East's leading scorers Mitchell Beauford and Ricky Lucas dropped in 21 and 22 points, respectively, to lead the Seawolves to an impressive victory over the Big Ten's Penn State... Stony Brook forced 21 Nittany Lions turnovers, converting those into 23 points.
