The Boston University men’s swimming and diving team fell to the University of Massachusetts 127.5-97.5. Brian Lawler continued to shine in the diving events, claiming victory in the 1- and 3-meter diving events. Moodie Griffin, Javier Fonseca and Harrison Kobb swept first, second and third in the 200 breaststroke.

The University of Maine men's and women's swimming and diving teams split their first America East meet of the season on Sunday afternoon at Wallace Pool. The women won 140-98, while the men were defeated 138-103. Adi Levy and Tal Shpaizer both had two wins for the women and Nathan Richard and Keith Burgie both won two events for the men.

Maine Swimming Sinks New Brunswick
The University of Maine men's and women's swimming and diving teams picked up wins over the University of New Brunswick on Saturday afternoon at Wallace Pool. The men won 104-64 and the women posted a 121-55 win. Tal Shpaizer, Jessie Ellis-Alcaide and Meaghann Fisher had two first place finishes each for the women, while Nathan Richard won three individual events for the men.

Houghton Breaks UMBC School Record as Swimming and Diving Sweeps Towson
Senior Ashley Houghton broke her own school 1-meter diving record and junior Meghan Sackett and senior Agnes Stanislawska each won three events for the second time in as many meets, leading the UMBC women’s swimming and diving team (6-1) to a 175-121 record over host Towson (4-3) Saturday afternoon at Burdick Hall. The Retriever men (4-1) also defeated the Tigers (2-5) by a score of 175-110.
