Binghamton's Swimming and Diving impressive in home-opening dual meets
In its first home meet of the season, the Binghamton University Swimming & Diving teams both had strong showings on Saturday afternoon at the Patricia A. Saunders Aquatic Center. The Bearcat men outscored Canisius College 183-84, while the women split a pair of dual matchups topping Canisius 219-70, but falling to Vermont 168.5-121.5

Boston University's Swimming and Diving Competes at Colgate
The Boston University swimming and diving teams took on the Colgate Raiders, on Saturday, Oct. 28 at Colgate’s Lineberry Natatorium. The women claimed victory in five events, while the men took top honors in five events as well.

Maine's Swimming Splits Season Opener At Rhode Island
The University of Maine men's and women's swimming and diving teams started the season at Rhode Island on Sunday afternoon. The women won 193-107, while the men were defeated 188-112. Tal Shpaizer led the women with three first place finishes, while Nathan Richard and Keith Burgie both won two events for the men.

UMBC Women’s Swimming and Diving Sweeps New Hampshire and Wagner
The UMBC women’s swimming and diving team rebounded from Saturday’s loss at Navy with two big wins in a double-dual meet against New Hampshire and Wagner Sunday afternoon at UMBC Natatorium. The Retrievers defeated the Wildcats by a score of 135-103, and the Seahawks by a score of 142-80. New Hampshire also defeated Wagner, 135-95.

Vermont's Swimming and Diving Improves to 4-0 for First Time in School History
The University of Vermont swimming and diving team won a pair of meets on Saturday against host Binghamton (168.5-121.5) and Canisius (192-71) to improve to a perfect 4-0 for the first time in school history. The Catamounts broke two freshmen and one school record, while also shattering a pool record as well. The win against Binghamton was also the first for Vermont over an America East school since November 13, 1993 when the Cats beat Maine.
