Farrell, a senior at Stony Brook, broke open the 8:20 barrier in the 3000-meters for the first time in his career. He crossed third in his section and was the ninth collegiate finisher overall with a time of 8:16.82 to qualify for IC4A’s. His time is the fastest in the conference this season by over three seconds.

Proctor tied the school record of 2:22.46 in the 1000-meter, set in 1990, with a third-place finish in the Terrier Classic. Proctor’s time is five seconds ahead of the second fastest time in America East this season.

Hastie had a breakthrough performance at the Terrier Invitational over the weekend, becoming the first Seawolf to break 17 minutes in the 5000-meters, finishing in a school record time of 16:56.70. The sophomore won her section of the race, finishing eighth overall. Her time is the fastest in the conference thus far.

Andrews set a school record in the 500-meter at last weekend’s Terrier Classic with a time of 1:16.24, breaking the 1998 Albany standard set by Xiomara Davila Diaz by 12-hundredths of a second. Her time is a season best and the top mark among Great Dane women this season. She also ran a 56.5 split in the second leg of the 4x400 relay which set a new school record with an ECAC-qualifying time of 3:51.60. The relay finished third in the event and the mark was 16-hundredths of a second better than the previous Albany standard, set in 2004.

Zyvoloski continued his record-setting season as the sophomore thrower broke the UMBC school record in the weight throw for the second weekend in a row. Zyvoloski finished fourth at the highly competitive Penn State Indoor Nationals with a mark of 58’5.25" (17.81m), topping his own school record of 58’4.75 he set last week.

James, a sophomore at Boston U., placed second in the long jump with a season-best distance of 6.02 meters (19’9") and third in the triple jump with a distance of 12.10 meters (39’8.5") at the Terrier Classic. James also ran with the Terrier 4x400 relay team that took second place with a time of 3:50.13.
