Five teams will represent America East in the basketball postseason. Men's basketball champion Vermont and women's basketball champion Hartford will participate in the NCAA Championship while Northeastern and Boston University were selected for the NIT and regular-season champion Maine was chosen for the WNIT.
Vermont (24-6), a No. 13 seed, will play No. 4 Syracuse (27-6) at Worcester, Mass. on Frdiay (March 18). Game time is 7:10 p.m. and will be televised by CBS.

Hartford (22-8), a No. 14 seed, will play No. 3 Rutgers (25-6) at Storrs, Conn. on Sunday (March 20) at approximately 2:30 p.m. The game can be seen on ESPN.

Northeastern (21-9) and Boston University (20-8) will play NIT first-round games on Wednesday (March 16). The Huskies travel to Memphis (19-15) at 8 p.m. (ET) while the Terriers play at Georgetown (17-12) at 7:30 p.m.
