Binghamton and UMBC have earned the top two seeds in the the four-team America East Men's Lacrosse Championship and will host semifinal games Wednesday, May 5.
No. 1 Binghamton (6-0 in America East, 9-5 overall) will play host to No. 4 Stony Brook (4-2, 9-5) at 4 p.m. at the East Gym Complex in Vestal, N.Y. No. 3 Albany (4-2, 8-5) will travel to Baltimore to meet No. 2 UMBC (4-2, 6-7) at 7:30 Wednesday night.
The higher remaining seed will host the championship game Saturday, May 8. Binghamton (1 p.m.), UMBC (7:30 p.m.) or Albany (8 p.m.) could host that game.
Albany is the defending America East Champion. Stony Brook won the America East Championship in 2002.
