Jessica Clinton (Valley Stream, N.Y./Valley Stream) of Boston University and Northeastern's Kristin Kowalik (Vikingstad, Sweden/Katedralskolan) brought home the Week 5 women's soccer awards, earning America East Player of the Week and Rookie of the Week respectively.

The Terriers blanked conference rival Vermont 2-0 and in another conference match-up, knotted a 1-1 tie against Maine. Clinton recorded five saves in both games and started off the week with five saves against Harvard. Her shutout against Vermont marks her fourth of the year, tying the school's all time career record, which stands at 20.

Kowalik scored two goals and had one assist on the week, helping the Huskies in two conference wins that have landed them in second place in the standings. Kowalik had a goal and an assist to help lift the Huskies over conference rival Stony Brook 5-1 and she netted the final goal in a 3-0 win over Binghamton.
