Justin Rowe (Springfield, Mass./Pioneer Valley/Clearwater Christian College) of Maine and T.J. Sorrentine (Pawtucket, R.I./St. Raphael's Academy) of Vermont share Spalding Player of the Week honors as announced by America East on February 4.

Taylor Coppenrath (West Barnet, Vt./St. Johnsbury Academy) of Vermont and Chris Wyatt (Horsham, Pa./Hatboro-Horsham) of Albany share Spalding Rookie of the Week honors. Coppenrath has been cited for rookie accolades five times this season.

Rowe enjoyed a near-perfect week, connecting on 20-of-24 field goal attempts (.833) while averaging 21.5 ppg, 10.5 rpg and 3.5 blocks per game in two Maine wins. The 7-0 center had a career high 24 points and six blocks in a win over Binghamton Thursday, then added 19 points and 14 rebounds in a 74-73 win at Northeastern Sunday. His dunk on a putback with 6.6 seconds left was the difference and extended Maine's winning streak to four games.

Sorrentine had game-highs of 30 points and seven assists as the Catamounts extended their lead atop the America East standings with an overtime win over Boston University. He was 6-of-10 beyond the arc and played all 45 minutes despite suffering cramps in his left calf muscle. He scored five of the Catamounts' eight points in overtime, including a twisting lay-up in traffic with 50 seconds left to clinch the win. The 5-11 guard has scored 75 points in his last two home games, both played before sellout crowds at Patrick Gym.

Coppenrath scored 19 points and added six rebounds in the Catamounts' overtime win over Boston University Saturday. The 6-8 forward was 15-of-18 from the free throw line.

Wyatt averaged 13.5 ppg and 8.5 rpg in two Great Dane wins last week. The 6-6 forward had a career-high 16 points and nine rebounds in a 65-54 win at Stony Brook Saturday. He is averaging 7 ppg and 3.7 rpg in nine games since becoming a starter for the Great Danes, who have won three straight.
