Coler, Miller, LeBlanc Are Spalding Volleyball Honorees

New Hampshire sophomore outside hitter Alyson Coler (Monte Sereno, Calif./Los Gatos), Towson first-year outside hitter Sarah Miller (Aurora, Ill./Waubonsie Valley) and Towson senior setter Andrea LeBlanc (Brookfield, Wis./Pius XI) were named Spalding Player, Rookie and Setter of the Week by America East on September 10.

Coler posted 73 kills, 44 digs, seven blocks and nine service aces with a .244 hitting percentage. Coler had a career-high 25 kills in UNH’s 3-1 victory over Dartmouth (9/8), along with 12 digs and two service aces. Coler has produced double digit kills in all seven matches this season, and in two matches she was one dig short from posting a double-double in every match. Coler produced 20 kills and 14 digs vs. Buffalo (9/7).

Sarah Miller was named to the All-tournament team at the Cleveland State Tournament. She led the team with 59 total kills and had six service aces and 55 digs for the weekend.

LeBlanc was named to the All-tournament team at the Cleveland State Tournament. She had 45 digs for the weekend, one solo and six assisted blocks. She led the team with 172 assists in the tournament and needs 138 more assists to become the career record holder. She is averaging 10.19 assists per game.
